Riders scan the QR code on the bay door with the app. The door unlocks, they pull the depleted pack and take a charged one. Total time under 10 seconds.
Built-in speaker announces door open, swap success and door closed — friendly for first-time users and night operations.
Cloud dashboard shows bay status, pack SoC, charge cycle and fault alerts in real time. No on-site server required.
Each bay has an independent smoke sensor. Abnormal smoke triggers an alarm, cuts power and pushes a push notification to the operator.
Aerosol fire extinguisher installed inside the cabinet activates on heat threshold — before a thermal event spreads.
Each charging channel is independently monitored. A faulty pack is isolated, not charged.
